You then proceeded to rant about how foggy it was and how you knew I deliberately didn’t turn on the front porch light so it would make it difficult for you to find the driveway.
   I guess that when you know all the facts and circumstances that it is very easy to make a statement like that.
   You don’t care about my point of view. You made your point and that is all you cared about. I hope you sleep well.

The second purpose is to increase the inefficiency of supervisors so they can be promoted to management. The third purpose is to reinforce the preeminence of inefficiency and the benefit for those perceptive enough to realize it.
